Job description, powers and responsibilities
- Communication with the construction contractor, communication with the designer and the entire project team, relevant administrative activities (convening meetings, management of meetings and working meetings), operative resolution of tasks on the construction site, participation in local inquiries and construction meetings, coordination of assigned tasks resulting from meetings, management of work on the assigned contract, obtaining, assessing and verifying the input documents for the implementation of the contract, cooperation with other professions within the proj. team, compliance with internal regulations according to ISMK 9001/2016, etc.
